Human beings and their environment generate and shape each other. A kind of transaction takes place. In exploring the industrial landscapes on the banks of the Sambre, I am impressed (in the literal sense) by the shapes, details and architectures, that I transform and trace in steel sheets. These sculptures are landscapes: framings borrowed from nature.
